Visitor Information
The West Nipissing General Hospital shall permit visiting of patients between the hours of 0800 and 2000, seven days a week, unless otherwise directed by legislation, MOHLTC directives or management. Exceptions enabling up to 24 hour visiting will be allowed for palliative and hospice patients; exceptions for other patients can be made as appropriate upon approval by a Manager or Manager on Call.
- Do not visit if you are experiencing a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, cold or flu-like symptoms.
- Visitors to the Hospice may request a scan card at the Patient Registration window in order to be able to visit outside of visiting hours.
